Our speciality is
cooking takoyaki with fresh raw octopus!!
Normally, cooking takoyaki with boiled octopus is common.
But, we use fresh row octopus to cook takoyaki. Boiled and raw are very different taste. I would like you to try our takoyaki and the other our traditional Osaka foods at Doutonbori Akaoni!
We use Hokkaido`s seaweed and Kagoshima`s dried sliced bonito for making soup . We use organic eggs, flour and a few other ingredients. When these ingredients mix , it makes our special takoyaki soup.
This takoyaki soup and fresh raw diced octopus cook in a special takoyaki pan. Please watch our performance while we are cooking your takoyaki.
